I love entrepreneurs. Whether you are selling clothing or manufacturing products, entrepreneurs often need help to stay focused and plan for growth.
When I start working with a new client regardless of offering coaching or other services, here is my process.
Scott’s Process:
- Initial Assessment & Goal Alignment
To begin, it is essential to understand the business model and goals, as this provides a foundation for aligning marketing efforts with broader organizational objectives. Once these are clear, the next step is to set expectations and define success metrics to ensure accountability and measure progress effectively. Finally, reviewing current marketing KPIs allows for a comprehensive assessment of existing performance, highlighting areas of strength and identifying opportunities for improvement. - Audit Current Marketing Processes
Next, we review your current marketing channels, workflows, and tools to assess efficiency and alignment with goals, then audit existing campaigns and the customer journey to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization. - Gap & Opportunity Analysis
Conduct a SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats within the current marketing strategy. This includes pinpointing internal strengths and weaknesses, such as performance bottlenecks, while also spotting missed opportunities and comparing current efforts to industry best practices to uncover areas for growth and improvement. - Strategy Development
Set goals to provide clear, measurable objectives, then develop a tailored marketing roadmap aligned with those goals. Alongside this, recommend process and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and support successful execution. - Training & Skill Development
Provide training and skill development to enhance team capabilities, ensuring they are equipped to execute marketing strategies effectively and adapt to evolving industry trends. - Ongoing Support
Continue to provide support with regular check-ins to monitor progress, troubleshoot challenges, and provide hands-on feedback.
My coaching services depends on the amount of time needed.
Most clients choose a bi-weekly package that includes a free 2-hour business assessment and twenty (20), one (1) hour-long sessions. This package is valued at $4,000 and is paid in quarterly installments.
I also offer a monthly package with twelve (12), one (1) hour-long sessions. This package is valued at $3,000 and is paid in quarterly installments.
Lastly, I offer ad-hoc sales training and coaching at $300/hr with a minimum of two (2) hours.
